Quality Management

The operation of GENERICA is approved, regularly controlled and successfully audited by the Public Health Authority of the Slovak Republic.

In our activities and processes, we try to apply and comply with all relevant requirements of legislation, but also the requirements of quality management systems ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016, environment ISO 14001:2015 and food safety ISO 22000:2018 (HACCP). Their appropriate implementation and compliance is confirmed by the renowned certification companies LRQA and 3EC, as evidenced by the issued certificates.
